The 2023 China Wood Industry Design High end Forum was successfully held in Shanghai

On September 5th, the 2023 China Wood Industry Design High end Forum with the theme of "Design Leading the Future" was successfully held at the Shanghai Hongqiao International Convention and Exhibition Center. Li Jiafeng, President of the China Wood and Wood Products Distribution Association, and Wu Yidong, Deputy General Manager of the China International Furniture Fair (Shanghai), delivered speeches respectively. More than 150 representatives from well-known domestic design institutions, wood industry design, wooden doors, flooring, panels, industrial parks, and supply chains attended the conference.
During the conference, the establishment ceremony of the Design Professional Committee of the China Wood and Wood Products Circulation Association was held. President Li Jiafeng, along with newly elected Chairman of the Design Professional Committee and Vice President of China Construction Design Group Environmental Art Design Research Institute, Zhang Hui, jointly unveiled the plaque for the Design Professional Committee and issued certificates to the members of the Special Committee Council.
Han Jufeng, Vice President and Design Director of the Environmental Art Design Research Institute of China Construction Design and Research Institute, Wu Awei, President of Dianjin New Materials Research Institute (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., Wu Jiang, Secretary General of the International Art Exchange Committee of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association, and Tang Yijie, General Manager of Jiangsu Shenglin Shijia New Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd., respectively presented "Future oriented Design Thinking" and "The Power of Design" Speeches and sharing were given on the themes of "Business Aesthetics and Design Upgrading Trends in the Wood Industry" and "2024 CMF Trends in Artificial Furniture Panel Finishes".
This forum is jointly hosted by the China Timber and Wood Products Distribution Association and the China International Furniture Fair (Shanghai), co organized by Shanghai Zhongmao Meikailong Economic and Trade Development Co., Ltd., and supported by the Shanghai Timber Industry Association and other units.
